festival1.jpg (16640 bytes)The benefits of Children's Peace Festivals are many.  They are well-covered media events which focus the community's attention on non-violence issues.   They are a catalyst for people to get involved in their community and make a difference.  They energize those who are already engaged in good causes because the people recognize they are not alone in their endeavor.  They bring families together.   They promote positive life skills.
